About Indlovu

Indlovu is the business advisory supporting companies, people and teams on development of the aerospace strategy and reaching commercial excellence in business partnerships based on TRUST. 

Indlovu means ‘’ELEPHANT’’.  Elephants are the ''gentle giants''. They are strong, intelligent, have a long-term memory and problem-solving abilities. They communicate using a variety of vocalizations and body language. They also are part of herds having individual roles and responsibilities in TRUST. Best reference is the book of Lawrence Anthony: The ‘’elephant whisperer’’

Indlovu is a ZULU word. Nelson Mandela was Zulu and showed leadership guiding his country and people on the walk to freedom. ‘’A winner is a dreamer who never gives up’’

The ROOTS of my wife and family are in South Africa. Since 1995 we visit the Krugerpark and surroundings at least once a year. Nature and animals are the best basis for peace of mind and creativity.  

About Erik Goedhart

Erik started his career in 1981 with NCR computers and was involved in direct sales, marketing and business unit management. In 1993, he joined Fokker Aircraft Services as VP of Marketing & Sales. Erik was a key player in setting up the Fokker services organization in 1996 after the Fokker aircraft manufacturer ceased to exist. Innovative programs like FUTURE 100 and FLYFokker set a new standard in the aircraft aftermarket services industry. 

In 2003, Erik started his own aerospace consultancy. Amongst others he advised Kuehne + Nagel on the aerospace strategy in 2007. This resulted in joining Kuehne+Nagel as the global head of aerospace in 2011. The company aerospace business experienced significant year-on-year growth. Innovative industry breakthroughs end-to-end solutions like KN EngineChain, KN InteriorChain and P2F were successfully launched in the market. The Kuehne+Nagel pandemic aerospace approach showed resilience and agile acting in close collaboration with customers. 

In December 2023, after 40+ years of full time work, Erik opened a next chapter in life and business as advisor with Indlovu
